01. Pinpointing needs
When Ron identifies a potential coaching client who could benefit from AI insights, Raphael begins by scraping publicly available data about the individual, including their professional positioning, industry, and market dynamics. In parallel, the Centre I AM team gathers psychological insights through targeted questionnaires. This dual approach ensures a deep understanding of the client’s personal and professional context.
Milestone: Conducted initial data gathering and psychological assessment to define the client’s needs and context.
02. Creating a Concept
Using the gathered insights, Raphael creates a personalized AI-driven coaching plan. This includes building a custom GPT for the client, which encapsulates the individual’s professional background and coaching goals. The custom GPT acts as a dynamic tool throughout the coaching journey, providing targeted support and insights.
Milestone: Developed a personalized GPT and coaching framework to support the client’s specific needs.
03. Fine Tuning
During the coaching sessions, all interactions are recorded and transcribed. The transcripts are then fed into the custom GPT, which refines the coaching approach by adding relevant follow-up recommendations and further developing the personalized coaching ecosystem.
Milestone: Used session transcripts to refine the coaching approach and enhance the personalized coaching GPT.
04. Setting the Stage
Raphael also integrates AI-generated voice and visual elements to immerse the client further. This includes custom pep talk sessions using technologies like Midjourney and Runway, which visualize the client’s growth potential and provide motivational audio-visual content.

05. Bringing the Project to Life
Post-coaching sessions, Raphael provides ongoing AI support to help clients execute on their development plans. This could include generating strategic execution plans, optimizing team logistics, or further motivational content. The AI tools ensure that each client has a continuous and supportive experience, aligning their personal growth with professional objectives.
